Exhibitor Rules & Regulations 1. Control of Exhibition
Space: Exhibition areas must be kept clean, professional and
presentable at all times. All boxes shall be stored out of sight
and all outside tables must be draped by a tablecloth. Show
management may prohibit installations of any exhibit that do not
meet their approval. Show management may prohibit over the counter
sales of items that are not listed on the submitted Exhibitor
Contract. Show management reserves the right to deny displays,
activities or demonstrations that jeopardize the safety of the
public. All decorations must be flame retardant. Balloons are not
permitted. 2. Set-up and Labor: Exhibitor is responsible for
scheduling the necessary labor to unload, setup and break down
their booths. Set-up will begin at 7:30am and end at 10:15 am.
Vehicles are not permitted on the exhibition floor during set-up.
3. Be Neighborly: Exhibitors may not construct displays that block
their neighbors booths. Displays should be eye-catching and easy to
understand. All solicitations and sales must be conducted within
the allotted booth space. Exhibitors are not allowed to solicit in
the isles, in hallways, outside the Exhibition Hall or front of
other exhibitor booths. Exhibitors may be asked to leave the show
if violations are not corrected promptly. 4. Man Your Booth: Booths
must be manned from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm. 5. Booth Breakdown:
Exhibitor agrees that all parts of their exhibit will remain intact
until the show closes at 4:30 pm. Exhibitor agrees to completely
remove all materials from their exhibition space from 4:30-6:30pm
that day. Show management will not be responsible for materials
remaining in their space after the breakdown period and the
exhibitor will be liable for any damage or additional charges that
are incurred to remove said remaining materials. Vehicles are not
permitted on the exhibition floor during break-down. 6. Insurance
and Liability: Exhibitor shall carry comprehensive general
liability insurance with respect to the operation of their exhibit
and demonstrations with a reputable insurance agency. Show
management assumes no risk, and by the acceptance of this
agreement, the Exhibitor expressly releases show Management of and
from all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any persons or
property which may arise from the use of said space by the
exhibitor, and agrees to hold and save the show Management harmless
of and from any loss or damage by reason thereof. The Show
Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property
placed in the exhibition, and is hereby expressly released and
discharged from any and all liability from any property loss.
